DFB Fanshop - Not Very Competent People There ...
The people at DFB Fanshop doesn't seem to be very competent at all.
Had ordered a couple of DFB skull caps, a couple of DFB Germany scarves and a couple of DFB neck warmers.
They had to send everything in two shipments. Why two????? Why not one?
The DFB neck warmers arrived first, then the DFB Germany scarves.
The scarves came in this plastic bag which I found tucked between the wheelchair access ramp and the porch wall. Have no idea how long they have been there for. Whoever delivered the scarves obivously didn't bother to put them through the letter box.
The DFB skull caps were supposed to have been sent wirh the scarves, but they were not in the plastic bag wuth the scarves. Someone must have forgotten to put them in the plastic bag.
I sent them an email about the missing skull caps. They claimed that they had asked the relevant department to issue a refund. They did not even stop to think to ask me whether I wanted a refund or for them to send out the missing skull caps to me.
They claimed that the refund would take up to 7 days to come through. The refund still has not come through yet, and it has been 14 days (2 weeks) since their last email. I have had to chase them again for the refund.
I am still not quite convinced that the scarves and neck warmers ever came from Germany which would have been authentic. I have a suspicion that they actually came from some place in Manchester.
The scarves were a little bit disappointing Instead of the DFB logo badge being sewn to the scarves, the DFB logo seems to have been woven from strands of multi-coloured wool which then made up the DFB logo.
I would give the people at DFB Fanshop a very wide berth because the halfwit f**kwit morons there don't seem to be very on the ball.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I’ve been a customer for years and purchased 8 times. I’m unable to return $186 (US &) in product. Their website doesn’t recognize or find my order. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE -
I received a reply from the email - website (see their reply) they provide and nothing happened. It came back as a failure. The website won’t let me return. My order number is 21-7348-0009. I’ve been taking for $186 US.
